Shout out
I forgot to give a shout out for my friends Dana and Janet. They did awesome at the 9 Mile race this weekend. Nice job ladies!

- I love to bike and especially love endurance mountain bike racing which I got into a few years ago. I am most content when I spend a day on the bike, no matter how hard it gets or how bad I feel.
